What we can warranty
Our warranty is good for 6 months after the work has been completed.
Our work - We can warranty our work, meaning that if something wasn’t tightened enough or some other event in which we as a person made a mistake or failed to provide our best service. we will come and fix our mistake for free. If you’re unsure if there’s something wrong with the work we’ve done or if it’s the parts, material, or appliances we’ve installed we will come and inspect the issue free of charge and if it is not a failure on our part, we can direct you on the next step of securing warranty through the wholesaler or manufacturer if warranty is applicable.
When seeking warranty through wholesalers or manufacturers some may cover the costs of labour to replace the damaged goods, some cover the costs entirely, some partially and some not at all. it is very rare we have faulty products. In these cases our work wasn’t the issue so we do bill for the replace or repair of such product, which is why we urge people to speak to the wholesaler or manufacturer to try and get some form of remuneration from the company who caused the issue.
some products warranties can last years for specific parts and appliances, we always suggest keeping the books to all appliances and signing up for any warranties available to cover unforeseen issues when applicable.
Drain Snake Services
We warranty our drain snaking services for 72 hours. Drain clogs are caused by misuse, improper maintenance of pipes or improper installation. reoccurring issues are a sign of improper installation and recommendation to replace drainage system is likely the solution. occasionally when clogs are dealt with, they may appear fixed but are just pushed further down the line which is why we offer a 3-day warranty to combat this scenario.
What we cannot warranty
Parts - we cannot offer warranty on parts, the manufacturer is responsible for the design, quality and function of their product.
Fixtures- Fixtures refers to sink taps, basins, toilets, shower pans, tubs, etc. we cannot warranty fixtures as they are a product not made by us, many fixtures have warranties of their own, most shower, tub or sink valves may be warrantied for their cartridges.
Materials- we cannot offer warranty on materials, the manufacturer is responsible for the design, quality and function of their product.
Appliances- Hot water tanks, Furnaces, On-Demand units, boilers, softeners, etc. appliances usually refers to something requiring a form of power to operate. they are very specifically crafted and engineered, therefore we cannot warranty the product
